Situated in the idyllic and quiet provincial town Vairano in Ticino just above San Nazzaro at the Lago Maggiore, the nicely equipped Deluxe Garden Apartment with 2 1/2 rooms provides a whirlpool as well as a magical sea view over the lake. The fully furnished apartment offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 living area combined with an open kitchen space. An extra sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping options. Guests will have exclusive private access to the terrace and garden area of approximately 120 sqm

2001 was the year when the apartment was completed – until now it maintains its high quality standards. Only residents are allowed to pass the street where the apartment is located therefore it maintains its peacefulness and quiet environment. Our easy to use oil heating system ensures comfortables temperatures inside the house. All floors in the house are covered with ceramic tiles. Double-glazed windows ensure extra privacy and protection from colder months.
All in all the apartment is well taken cared of, the warm colors will make you feel home and looking out to the Lago Maggiore will make you forget your daily routine. The kitchen is of practical use and one will enjoy preparing meals because of our wide range of cutlery and kitchen utensils. Please be advised that smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited to ensure high quality standards for following guests. The outside area provides enough space for smokers as well as a radiant heater for cold days. Guests enjoy having barbecues at our fire pit or gas operated barbecue grill. Our garden area offers you a wonderful view over the Lago Maggiore, the mountains of Ticino and beautiful sunsets. Maybe it is even more enjoyable from the large whirlpool?
An enclosed private parking slot provides further convenience for our guests, the house can be accessed all year round by car.
The small Ticino Village Vairano is part of the municipality Vairano – San Nazzaro. Right there guests can enjoy playing mini golf or wandering around “Parco Botanico”, a botanical garden stretch over 17.000 sqm. It is famous for its Camellias – and Magnolia blossom in spring. Several trails lead from Vairano to the nearby hiking regions. A five minute car ride from the apartment will lead guests to a shipping pier, the train station, the public beach bath and a few cozy restaurants.
The area of Vairano ranges over two rolling coves along the Lago Maggiore and offers a unique sea view south-west and north due to its central position in Gambarogno.
On the opposite side of Vairano lay the cities of Locarno and Ascona. Vairano-San Nazzaro can be easily reached by public transportation (bus, train or boat). Crossing boundary to Italy is just a ten minute car ride away and another ten minute car ride to reach the famous market in Luino.
