Stay now through Easter for 1,000.00/week +state and room tax.  After Easter, $1,200.00/week + state and room tax 9 person Maximum
$350 Security/Booking Deposit Required for booking and for any damages incurred
Full retu of deposit will be retued within 14 days of departure
once a final inspection of Condo has been completed.
Half of rental is due 60 days before arrival,balance of payment
due 14 days  prior to arrival.
