Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage, as well as a brand-new rear deck…complete with a brand-new BBQ. Inside, the first floor living area features new furnishings, new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor. The combination kitchen and dining area feature newer appliances, (including a dishwasher) a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Also featured is one bedroom with a brand-new king-sized bed and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a workstation, one bedroom with a brand-new king-sized bed, and another full bath. Everything is fresh with new paint throughout! This monitored, WIFI-equipped, pet-friendly family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike, and will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
