You and your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories in this 2-story, 3-bedroom 2.5-bath Mt. Baker country home! The first floor features an open and airy living room with vaulted ceilings, a corner group sofa, and a 60” flat screen monitor, accentuated by a fieldstone encased gas fireplace. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and countertops, as well as higher-end appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area features a large dining table with generous seating. French doors lead to a full length covered deck…perfect for enjoying morning or afternoon beverages. There’s also a half bath and a separate mudroom entrance for gear storage, accompanied by a full-size washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, and another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed…both flanked by 1-full bath, plus a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another full bath en-suite. This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
