Snowater Condo #50, Rushing River Retreat! Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying in this recently remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ground floor condo. As an end unit, it features its own private alcove entryway that is accessed via a short pathway from the main parking area. Just off of the entryway, the bedroom features 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds. In addition, there is one full bath equipped with modern fixtures, countertops, and remember those heated floors…well you’ll find them there too! There is also a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and a fully equipped galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a Jenn Air range/oven. Stepping down two steps into the living/dining area reveals a tastefully furnished and configured living/dining area with a breakfast bar and four stools, a flat screen monitor, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and access to a small balcony where you can hear the river rushing by. This WIFI equipped, monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year- round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.

CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply
