The first floor features an open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a freestanding wood burning fireplace, (firewood provided) a widescreen monitor, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a ¾-bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large open loft sleeping area with 2-queen sized beds, and a workstation…perfect for creating your next novel (or just catching up on some work). Just outside the sliding rear door, you’ll discover a small deck, complete with a gas grill. Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly, WIFI-equipped, and monitored family vacation home will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply
