Tastefully decorated, yet budget priced! This family studio condo features a kitchenette, one full bath, a living area with a VCR-DVD/monitor, a gas fireplace, and a nice walk-out balcony. The second floor features a loft bedroom with 1 queen-sized bed. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL CHALLENGES AND/OR CHILDREN PLEASE NOTE: The loft sleeping area is accessed by a stationary ladder.

The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table, and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and tv. There is a free laundry facility and shared WIFI. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

RATES: The following nightly rates include Local Taxes and fees. In addition, there is a one-time exit cleaning fee of $76.00.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.

PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.

CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
