The first floor features a large mudroom for stowing your gear, along with a full-size washer/dryer, a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a walk-out balcony, a second bedroom with 1-set of standard sized bunk beds…perfect for the kids, the third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one full bath. Ascending the stairwell to the second floor brings you into a large open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, plus ample living room seating, a dedicated dining area, and a 3/4 bath. Expansive windows, combined with a southwesterly exposure, provide a territorial and majestic mountain view like no other…especially when viewed from the balcony. This pet-friendly, WIFI-equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
