Close to village via communal path from property in a couple minutes...yet charming and secluded sitting on 5000m2 of land.

Estate is very bright, sunny all day and surrounded by nature, wooded areas, cliffs and the vegetation is quite varied: oak and pine trees, lavender fields, rosemary, thyme, etc.

2 spaces offered. Both kept private, simple, functional yet elegant and charming. Comfortable, spacious, convenient with irresistible chic rustic charm. There are art works by well-known artists like Arlette Oger and Philippe Benichou as well as Amy Benichou-Stone.

One large suite has 2 bedrooms, the other suite has a mezzanine bedroom, TV room and downstairs salon. Both suites have complete privacy, their own very large terraces and bathrooms. Unique little nooks around each place.

A perfect area to unwind, relax, enjoy life and reconnect with yourself. The suites definitely have an atmosphere of calm and welcome.

Welcome! We look forward to making your stay at Les Maquinols Estate as pleasant and memorable as possible.

All is organized for your convenience. For your information check-in is between 4pm-7pm. Someone will be there to greet you. Should you not be able to arrive during check-in hours, please notify us as early as you can in the day or the week before and let us know the APPROX time of your arrival. Thank you!

Checkout is by 11am with some exceptions. Please let us know when you plan to leave so we can be there to pick up keys if applicable and say goodbye.

Sheets, linens, towels are provided. So is toilet paper, soap and shower gel. F

ree Wi-Fi (great signal) Markets are open till 8pm very short walking distance. Coffee: We provide coffee or tea. Coffee maker & kettle in room. Each suite has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchenette (no sink), a dining area, and a free dish-washing service. Plates, silverware, glasses, napkins, etc. are also provided free of charge.

FREE parking. You can park anywhere on it. Very simple layout. No smoking inside house. Smoking outside and on terraces ok and permitted. Please be careful not to throw buts in yard. There at least 10 ashtrays in your place. Please ask.

Unlimited High Speed Inteet for your convenience is included in your rental fee. Network is Les_Maquinols and pass code is provence all lower case.

PLEASE do not place anything BUT toilet paper in TOILET I.E. paper towels, face cloth, etc. Daily House keeping is not included. Please make sure you keep your suite clean should you stay more than 2 days. We will make cleaning products available if you ask or have your suite cleaned if you ask for a small fee of €15 per day. Please let us know right away if you break something or spill something on fuiture, tiles or rugs.

Additional Fees: Late check-in: €25 only if we are able to accommodate. No later than 8:30pm. If later, fee is €35. Early check-in: €25 only if we are able to accommodate. No earlier than 3pm. If earlier, fee is €35 Late check-out: €25 only if we are able to accommodate. No later than 1pm Laundry: washer and dryer. €5 per load for both. €3 per load for wash only.

Breakfast: (if not included) €8 per person upon request. Coffee or tea with cream and sugar, butter and jam, bread, croissant, chocolate croissant, orange juice, cheese, dry fruit / fresh fruit and yogurt. Please let us know your preference before arrival. Served starting at 9am in your room. For earlier times we'll discuss when you arrive.

Lunch or dinnerware such as plates, napkins, kitchen utensils, etc. are provided to eat in your suite or one of the terraces.

Market is open till 8pm, all short walking distance.

Dogs okay. €15 dog and cleaning fee per stay. Cleaning fee: €15 upon request per occurrence. We’ll agree on a convenient time to have your SUITE cleaned.
