Villa Le Peonia is on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari and enchanting inlet surrounding the beach Cannesisa in Torre delle Stelle. The view is pure Mediterranean to discover spending wonderful hours under the sun in a patio of almost 30 square meters surrounding a swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Perfect balance with spaces separating the living from that night. In the living area, on the second floor, welcomes you a bright and spacious living room with fireplace and large windows offering panoramic views towards the sea, the patio, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day, divides the functional and equipped kitchen with bathroom service and laundry. Please note that the villa is accessed via a flight of steps so is unsuitable for guests with mobility issues, and that due to there being stairs with no bannister and several drops around the property it is unsuitable for small children.
In the prices are included all the consumptions, towels and linen, naturally included also the change over that usually take place on Saturday. In the prices are not included, to be paid locally on arrival, the final cleanings of Euro 250.00 and a deposit of Euro 600.00 which will be returned upon departure. Occupancy tax is not included in the rate, if requested it must be paid by the clients at the departure.
