Full prepayment will be due 30 days prior to arrival (DEC-MAR & JUL- AUG 60 days prior). No refund if reservation cancelled within 30 days (DEC-MAR & JUL-AUG 60 days prior). Deposit refunded if reservation cancelled prior to 30 days (DEC-MAR & JUL- AUG 60 days prior). Upon completion and verification of your deposit a reservation confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.
